Youth Strength and Conditioning Program (Ages 4 to 19)

The Youth Strength and Conditioning Program is designed for children and young
athletes aged 4 to 19, focusing on tailored, age-appropriate training that builds physical
strength and mental resilience. Developed by Coach Yuva, a former Head of Department for
Singapore gymnastics, this program leverages years of experience and insights gained from
collaborating with world-renowned and olympic champion coaches, including Bianka Panova
and the Diamond Girls from Bulgaria.
The program empowers young athletes to push their limits and achieve new performance
heights through a proven system that emphasizes skill development and personal growth.
